SIML.H2Alm misses a SIML.H2LevMax and SIML.MstAlm misses a SIML.H2OLevMax. (see SIML.InsAlm and SIML.InsLevMax)
Issue #2
Besides H2, the liquid insulation medium (oil) can contain also other fault gases: CO, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2.
Simmilar attributes for these (as H2,H2Alm, ?{H2LevMax}? ) would be needed.

The supervision of fault gases could be done by the range attribute in MV class. The quality of the overall insulation is important for the operator and therefore indicated by SPS alarm (e.g. MstAlm). No additional data (APC) needed.

Correction to reported issue #1:
Actually SIML.H2ALM and SIML.MstAlm would need a SIML.H2LevMax and
SIML.MstLevMax of APC type and not SPS as SIML.InsLevMax is.

Discussion (red)
#1 You are right. For edition 2, these data should be discussed.
#2 In the current draft of edition 2 we have already included all these MV for fault gases (H2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, O2).
